Import Duties & Taxes

In countries where import duties or taxes are applied, these will be calculated and communicated directly by the courier (FedEx or DHL) before delivery.
We collect only the product price and the actual shipping costs at the time of purchase.
Any additional charges related to import duties, customs, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

✈️ Airport Pickup in Dubai

You can choose to collect your order directly at any Dubai airport, with hand delivery at the terminal before your flight.

The process is simple — just place your order online as usual and choose “Airport Pickup – Dubai” at checkout.

How it works

Place and pay your order
Complete your order online and pay by credit card or bank transfer.
(Payments must be made directly by the passenger — third-party payments are not accepted.)
Provide your travel documents
After payment, please send a copy of your passport and boarding pass to arrange the airport delivery.
Preparation time
Orders must be ready for pickup at least 2 days before departure, therefore we require a minimum of 5 working days from the date of payment.
This is necessary because shipments must be transferred for customs inspection and then to the airport terminal one day before the flight.
(Customs working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Pickup at the terminal
On the day of travel, after check-in and passport control, you will receive your order directly from the Customs office inside the terminal.
