At Orabella Milano, every product undergoes strict quality control before shipping.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

• Refunds and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item received is not consistent with the order (wrong model, color, or specification).

  • The item is defective or malfunctioning at the time of delivery.

Conditions

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, certificates, and accessories included.

• Products showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or alterations are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Procedure

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@orabellamilano.ae providing your order number and clear photos of the item.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

• After inspection and approval, we will issue the refund or ship the replacement item.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

• If the return does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse it.
